All beds have pillows, fitted sheets, top sheets, & duvets. Private rooms are also provided with towels. Each room has central heating.

Check-in: Between 2:00 pm – 8:30 pm (kindly contact us if you will be late)
Check-out: 10:00 am
Payment options upon check-in:
Cash, Credit Card (with 3.5% processing fee), or Online Bank Transfer to our NZ Bank account.
Cancellations:
Since we are in a remote location, the following cancellation fees will be applied.
A. Spring to Autumn – from September to May, especially during weekends and holidays

- 0-7days before arrival: Full price of 1 night stay for each unit cancelled
- 8-14days before arrival: 50% of 1 night stay for each unit cancelled
- 15-30 days before arrival: 20% of 1 night stay for each unit cancelled
- 31 days or more before arrival: No charge.
B. Winter Season – No Cancellation fee for the months of June, July and August.
